Booking Policy
Due to high demand, Jasmine requires new patients to book in advance to guarantee optimal results. When booking an initial appointment, I require an initial apt and 2- 60 min follow up apts to start for adults and teens. Infants under 6 weeks old are Initial and 2- 60 min follow ups. Children are Initial plus 2- 30 min follow ups. This may very after initial and depending on what is found.
Jasmine tries her best to prioritize pregnant women, infants and children based on severity, as well as concussions. Jasmine’s waitlist is for current patients and will allow so many new babies or adults on.
Jasmine books approximately 3 to 4 months in advance.
Insurance
Most extended health insurance companies cover Canadian osteopathic manual practitioners with the designation D.O.M.P. (Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice) from the Canadian College of Osteopathy, and/or practitioners who are members of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual practitioners (OAO). Please check with your insurance company to see if your osteopathic practitioner is covered and to make sure osteopathy is included in your list of covered services.
Please be aware prior to your apt what your coverage is and what to bill as.
Jasmine bills as a REG. RMT and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
Payment
Payment can be made by cash, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Debit) or e-transfer. A receipt with registration number will be provided for insurance or tax purposes.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy is 48 hours. Or full charge is applied
New patients will be emailed 1 week prior to initial to confirmed.
Current patients can cancel on their jane account or email Randi at admin@unwindosteopathy.com
NO TEXTING OR CALLING WILL BE EXCEPTED AS A CANCELLATION.
You are responsible for your own appointment. You have up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to cancel. If you are suffering from the flu/cold; please cancel your appointment. If you attempt to attend your appointment with a fever, respiratory distress, vomiting, diarrhea or any other contagious symptoms you will be sent home and charged the full amount. Anything after the 48-hour notice, you will be charged the full amount.
The fee for late cancellations or missed appointments is equivalent to the cost of the full appointment that was booked.
