- Patients are required to wear face masks. This includes children. We understand that infants cannot wear masks and the clinic will provide safe alternatives for the practitioner during these patient sessions. These requirements are based on Health Canada Recommendations and the Halton Bylaw 47-20 that requires masks to be worn indoors.
- Practitioners will wear gloves, mask, and face shield during treatment.

- High touch surfaces will be sanitized between patients including treatment table, floors, door handles, and payment machines.
- Clean sheets will be used to cover the treatment table for each patient.
- A specialty cleaning product has been applied to all surfaces within the office in order to reduce the virus’ ability to survive on hard surfaces.

- Office scheduling has been changed in order to ensure that there is sufficient space between patients for sanitizing procedures and in order to reduce contact between patients. Patients are asked to come on time for their appointments. Please do not come early. If you are early please wait in your vehicle or outside of the building.
- We will only allow 1 parent/guardian to accompany minors into the office. Please do not bring additional people to an appointment. They will be required to wait in their vehicles and will not be permitted in the office.

- Patients are required to wash their hands according the WHO Hand Washing Practices prior to entering the office.
- Any patient who has received a positive test or lives with a person who has tested positive will not be permitted to attend appointments until they have received confirmation that they are considered fully recovered by the Ontario Ministry of Health.
